I used to go about my day-to-day being completely defined by my goals.
My goals would consume me. Once I realized I wanted something, I wanted it yesterday. I didn’t want to wait.
So it became all I thought about. I obsessed about how miserable I was at work, how much I hated being single, and so on.
I finally hit a breaking point at the end of 2022. I was given negative feedback at my job that I so badly wanted to leave, and I was exhausted gunning week after week for a new gig. I knew something had to change.
That’s why I’m here.
